Saad teada, millised toiduained, millises vahekorras on k\u00f5ige efektiivsemad rasvap\u00f5letajad:<\/strong> Kas teadsid, et osad s\u00f6\u00f6dud rasvad pakivad ennast kergemini sinu rasvavarudesse? V\u00f5i et valgud kulutavad juba 20-30% s\u00f6\u00f6dud energiast juba toidu seedimisele \u00e4ra?<\/span>

Paraneb sinu kaalu langetust soosivate hormoonide toimimine:<\/strong> L\u00e4bi selle, mida s\u00f6\u00f6d ja kuidas elad, saad otseselt m\u00f5jutada insuliini, leptiini (t\u00e4isk\u00f5hu hormoon), greliini (n\u00e4ljahormoon), kortisooli (stressihormoon, mis on kaalu langetuse vastane), kilpn\u00e4\u00e4rmehormoonide ja suguhormoonide t\u00f6\u00f6d. Ja see moodustab 2\/3 sinu edust. Ehk siis kas pead n\u00e4lgima ja “dieedi” l\u00f5ppedes tuleb kehakaal tagasi v\u00f5i s\u00f6\u00f6d ohtralt ning langetatud kehakaal p\u00fcsib eemal.<\/span><\/p>

\u00d5pid, kuidas kohe p\u00e4rast \u00e4rkamist muuta 5 minutiga oma vaimset seisundit:<\/strong> Sellest saab k\u00f5ik alguse.<\/span><\/p>

Langetada kehakaalu, kui see on sinu eesm\u00e4rk:<\/strong> Ja seda ainult keharasva arvelt.<\/span><\/p>
